Our client is a growing FMCG business based in Truganina, currently seeking a reliable and proactive Office All Rounder to join their fast-paced team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is happy to support multiple areas of the business including administration, customer service and operations.

About the Role

Working within a busy office environment, you will provide day-to-day administrative support while assisting across different departments to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • General administration and office support
  • Answering phones and responding to emails
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Processing orders, invoices, and purchase orders
  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and transport providers
  • Assisting with dispatch and logistics coordination
  • Filing, scanning, and document management
  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc tasks as required

About You

  • Previous experience in an Administration or Office All Rounder role
  • FMCG, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience highly regarded
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
